About the course

Introduction:

This program is designed to qualify participants on the preparation of policies and procedures for the management of human resources in the company. To have the ability to prepare and update policies and procedures professionally and help the company achieve its goals and provide them with practical experience that qualifies them to analyze processes and activities within the human resources department and plan work efficiently, as well as train participants to transform strategic goals and objectives into work programs and put them into practice.
